STRUCK is a piece inspired by Jill Bolte Taylor's TED Talk: "My Stroke of Insight." Jill Bolte Taylor is  a neuroscientist who woke up on December 10, 1996 to discover she was experiencing a stroke- something she had been studying in her professional career. We explore the interactions with her left and right brain; and have created a journey from what was to a realization of what is.
